Topcash pawnshop branches in Almaty

I've been pawning electronics here for a while whenever there's a cash gap. Aigerim greets me like family and always suggests the best option. This time they appraised the laptop at almost 1 500 000, which is good for used hardware. I recommend it to anyone who needs money fast and without extra questions

I came to sell an old laptop, wasn't planning to redeem it. The appraisal was quick, but I had to wait in line a bit. Overall happy, they paid the money right away.

Topcash: Zhuldyz, thank you for your feedback! We apologize for the wait, we're working to serve you faster.

I just sold an old watch, wasn't planning to redeem it. Money right away, no interest. The appraiser Alibek checked the authenticity in front of me. All fair, I recommend it.

I pawned gold, they checked the 585 purity with an X-ray in front of me, all clear. I later extended the loan by phone without visiting. Storage is reliable, I don't worry about it

Mom was in the hospital, I needed money urgently. I came to Abylai Khan at night, didn't wait for anyone, they checked the gold in front of me and gave me cash in about fifteen minutes. Honestly, I didn't expect such treatment, thank you so much for not leaving me in a difficult moment

I sold my gold items, got the money right away. The price exceeded my expectations. Madina is very polite, explained everything. The office is clean, there's security.

Topcash: Gulnar, thank you! We wish you success too.

Overall everything's fine, they have a license, documents in order. The only thing is the paperwork took longer, I waited more than the promised 15 minutes. But the appraiser apologized and everything went well.

Topcash: Artyom, sorry for the delay — there was a collateral database check that day. It usually takes a few minutes.

I urgently needed money for my mom's surgery. I pawned gold earrings and a ring. They appraised them in front of me, everything was fair. I got the money on my card in 10 minutes. Thanks to Asem for the speed!

Topcash: Saule, thank you for the review! Glad we could help in a tough moment. Wishing your mom good health!

Thanks for the speed. I pawned a ring to make it to payday, everything's fair, money on Kaspi instantly

I pawned my laptop, needed money for repairs. They appraised it online from photos in 5 minutes, then I came to the branch. Dauren helped with the contract and explained everything clearly. I paid it back a month later, the interest is low. Thanks!

Topcash: Lyudmila, thank you for the review! Glad you were satisfied.

Hello! I want to leave a review about the pawnshop. I brought in gold, my grandmother's jewelry, I was scared. They calmed me down, checked it with an X-ray in front of me, sealed it in a bag with a signature. The price per gram turned out higher than I thought, 999 purity. Thanks to the team for the human touch and patience with my questions

I sold my car outright, wasn't planning to buy it back. Ruslan checked the documents and handled everything quickly, I got the money on my card the same day. Great service!

I took a loan against my laptop for a week, forgot about interest for the actual days and that's exactly how they calculated it. I closed it early with no penalty, respect.

Everything's good, they replied to the photo appraisal via WhatsApp in 5 minutes. I came and got the money. One thing though — there's little parking nearby, had to circle around) but otherwise I recommend

I sold my watch, wasn't going to buy it back. The price worked for me — buyout paid more than a collateral loan. Nursultan appraised it quickly online from photos, then the branch confirmed it. Recommended.

Everything would be fine, they processed it and gave the money, but there was a queue of about five people in the evening. Though honestly, for the speed and 24/7 service, it's worth the wait

I extended the loan twice, both times over the phone, with no penalty. Very convenient if you can't make it on time.

An auto pawnshop on Dostyk is exactly what I was looking for. The car stayed with me, paperwork was done fast, Ruslan explained everything. Got a good amount.

Pawned gold to pay for my son's tuition. All good, but the paperwork took a bit longer than promised. Interest is charged for actual days, that's a plus. The employee Zhanar is very attentive.

Topcash: Aigul, thanks for the review! We're working to speed up the process, your opinion matters to us.

Thought I'd have to leave the car in a lot — no, it stayed with me, only the documents were pledged. They required my presence and the vehicle registration. Money was transferred to the card in about 15 minutes, happy

Pawned a watch that was dear to me without any issues, got a good appraisal. Special respect to the appraiser for the attentiveness.

Pawned my iPhone, everything by contract. The interest is reasonable, got it back a week later with no issues. The branch on Timiryazev works 24/7, which is very convenient.

Didn't believe they don't check credit history, but it's true: just a national ID and that's it. Pawned a phone, money hit the card in a couple of minutes. Dinara explained everything, very attentive.

Needed money for car repairs, pawned a phone. Only leaving a positive comment, staff is polite, clean, money given in cash right away.

Topcash: Olga, thank you! Glad we could help with the car repair in time.

Was afraid they'd cut the amount on site, but no — they gave exactly what they quoted from the photo. Alibek checked the model and condition in front of me, took about ten minutes

Great service! I pawned gold, everything was processed quickly, and they gave me cash right there. They're open at night too, which is very convenient. Thanks!

All good, but had to wait a bit for the paperwork on Dostyk, there were lots of cars. Though the employee apologized, did everything neatly, you don't have to leave the car, that's the main thing

Topcash: Sergei, sorry for the wait — we added a second appraiser at Dostyk for the evening hours.
