1. General provisions
This Policy defines how Topcash Lombard LLP (hereinafter — the Company) processes personal data of clients and website visitors in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Its Protection".

When arranging a loan or buyout — last name, first name, patronymic, IIN, national ID details, phone number, information about the pledged property.
When contacting us via the website and WhatsApp — name, phone number and the content of the correspondence. On the website — technical data: cookies, IP address, device and browser type.
3. Purposes of processing
To arrange and perform loan and sale-purchase contracts, comply with the requirements of legislation on microfinance and countering money laundering, contact the client regarding their request, and improve the website.
4. Data storage and protection
Data is stored on servers in Kazakhstan and in a secure archive at branches. Only employees who need it for work have access. Paper contracts are kept in branch safes for the periods established by law.
5. Transfer to third parties
We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties, except as provided by law: at the request of authorized government bodies, and to the insurance company — to the extent necessary for insuring the collateral.
